It may be almost 5:30 on the east coast, but it’s always 5:30 in The District in Downtown Clearwater.

Check out the 5:30 Pub & Grill, brand downtown’s newest restaurant with delicious food, craft beers, and games, such as trivia, Bingo and cornhole.

Owners Barbara & Corey Cleveland have made 530 Pub & Grill the “fun place on the corner” of Cleveland St. and S. Garden Ave. Free parking can be found after 6 p.m. in the parking lots on Garden Ave – a half block away.

Make sure you try one of their amazing burgers – and the handmade house-cut potato chips – almost a meal in itself. The tacos are getting rave reviews, too.

With live music, food and beverage specials – it’s a great place for lunch, after-beach or after-work or dinner.

Right across the street is a new mural and a wearable art display curated by Lina Teixeira Wearable Art.
